Proximity to Beach
We get a lot of questions about the proximity of the condo to the beach. I'll do my best to explain.
There are 14 beachfront 3 bedroom units. These units face the ocean and have a sanddune between them and the water.
The below photo is taken from the corner of the end beachfront unit. Our condo is the bottom corner unit with the master bedroom windows being hidden from view by the palm tree.
You can enter the condo via the front door which is shown on the right hand side of the photo or the enter via the poolside/back patio door, which is the one that we always use. To access that door, you would walk between the two buildings where the white car is parked.
This is the new dune crossover. The photo is taken from the same spot as the above photo, just in the opposite direction. To get to the dune crossover from our unit, you must walk beside the end unit.
This is a photo of the end unit showing the beach access. You can barely see the dune crossover in the very center of the picture.
